Why we care

Simon Estates HOA residents are close-knit and special, with tremendously high expectations from their HOA management and have unique issues. Our goal is to enhance and improve their lives by encouraging neighbors to get involved, meet each other, interact and hopefully volunteer in their own community and neighborhood. Because without neighbors there is no neighborhood and without common goals - there is no community.

A PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION

We continue to have issues with residents parking in the grass/lawn or extended parking (over 24 hours) on the streets. We have given warnings (some several times) and will begin writing tickets that carry fines the first will be $25 and will double for repeat offenders. Please help us maintain the rules.

As mentioned in our HOA meeting our legal fees are accumulating. So far, the association bill has now increased to $5800.00 in legal fees. Thank you in advance for your prompt payment. This bill can be viewed by clicking on the buttons bellow

Our Kids are out of school

The school year has started. Be mindful of our young ones getting in and out of School buses and vehicles. Slow down around the neighborhood to allow the kids to get in and out of their houses. Just a friendly reminder from your HOA.
